At Sahel, we do not permanently store your files on our servers. All files (such as PDFs and images) are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after processing is complete.

2. Data Security

We use the latest encryption technologies to ensure the confidentiality of your data during transfer and processing. We do not share any of your data with third parties.

3. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to ensure the website functions properly and to improve the user experience.

4. Google Sign-In

When you use the "Sign in with Google" feature, Sahel requests access only to your basic Google account information: your name and email address. We do not request or access any other data from your Google account (such as contacts, Google Drive files, calendar, or any other sensitive data).

This information is used solely to create or recognize your Sahel account when you sign in, and is not used for any other purpose. We do not share this data with any third party, and we do not use it to train any AI/ML models. You can revoke Sahel's access to your Google account at any time from your account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your name and email are stored in Sahel's database as part of your account record for as long as your account remains active, and are never shared with any external storage service or third party. To request deletion of your account and all associated data (including stored Google account data), you may contact us at any time at hello@saheltools.org, and we will delete it within 30 days.
